This site invites experienced agents and team leaders to talk with Free Agent. Sending the form does not create a brokerage relationship, employment, partnership, or franchise. It does not enroll you.
Who we are
Free Agent is an independently operated agent network affiliated with LPT Realty. The fees, tools, and community described here are what we offer to discuss. Membership is confirmed in a direct conversation and in the agreements LPT Realty requires.
Fees described on this site
The published structure is: no cost to join, a 100% commission split, $780 per transaction for transactions 1 through 10, $280 per transaction after that through your anniversary date, a $395 E&O / BIC fee paid by the client, and a $500 annual LPT membership taken from your first closed transaction. No transactions, no annual fee. Transaction counts reset each anniversary. Reach out to clarify your specific cycle. Nothing here is a guarantee of income.
