Free Agent is an independently operated agent network powered by LPT Realty. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site to ask for a conversation about joining.
Information you send
The conversation form asks for your name, email, phone, state, team size, and, if you choose, your current brokerage and a note. We also receive basic technical details that come with a web request, such as the time of the submission.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to you about Free Agent. We do not sell it. We do not add you to an unrelated marketing list because you filled out the form.
Who receives it
Your submission is emailed to john@diamondrealty.com. FormSubmit processes the message so it can reach that inbox. Do not send sensitive personal information you would not want in an email.
How long we keep it
We keep the message in that inbox for as long as we need it to respond and to follow up about membership. You can ask us to delete it.
